Warnings For external use only When using this product avoid contact with eyes do not apply to wounds or damaged skin Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days If pregnant or breastfeeding , ask a health professional before use. Keep this out of the reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Uses Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, strains and bruises.
Directions Adults: gently massage salve into affected area and apply wet heat use no more than three times per day Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor.
